YOUR MISSION
As the Operations Support Team Coordinator, your role is to ensure the seamless administrative and logistical function of the team. You will directly support the manager and the team, maintaining an uninterrupted operational flow, and

Project Coordination
Support the Team Lead: Work with project teams to define the service offerings provided by the Operations Support team.
Timeline Management: Monitor and follow up on timelines for active projects.
Cross-Departmental Liaison: Facilitate communication between departments (Procurement, IT) to ensure fluid operational support processes.
Data Strategy: Utilize data intelligently to:
Monitor the "health" of projects.
Improve tools and processes.
Production Planning: Analyze ongoing projects to ensure accurate production planning.
- Tool Management: Update and manage support tools (Project & Team Slack channels, Trello, Smartsheet, Wrike, Squadcast).
- Ticket Management: Oversee the distribution and follow-up of Zendesk tickets.
- On-Call Logistics: Manage the organization of On-Call schedules and coordinate On-Call premiums.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead and animate team meetings.
- Project Updates: Provide regular progress reports to internal stakeholders.
- Reporting: Update and share Operations Support team reports with project teams.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Education: College diploma (DEC) in management, event planning, multimedia, media, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in team or project coordination.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken), as you will frequently communicate in English.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.).
- Knowledge and / or interest in the AI field.
