YOUR TEAM

You are the technical lead for the implementation, automation, and sustainability of hybrid infrastructure and pipelines at Moment Factory. With the goal of accelerating our software delivery to cloud and local platforms, you will be responsible for influencing the lifecycle of these platforms and data flows, as well as pipeline automation including planning, development, continuous delivery, and operations phases (CI/CD, DataOps). During the production launch and operational maintenance of hybrid platforms, you will be in charge of requirement gathering, working with the architect, and then integrating, automating (IaC), and configuring high-performance, secure, and highly available environments.

Cloud Strategy & Infrastructure

• Cloud-Native Orientation: Driving the Cloud roadmap (Azure, GCP, Hybrid) in collaboration with architecture.
• IaC Automation: Automating the provisioning of network, storage, and application resources via Terraform and Ansible.
• Kubernetes Management: Deploying, securing, and operating AKS/GKE clusters by integrating GitOps practices.

Pipelines & DevSecOps

• Data Management: Implementing and managing data pipelines to deliver reliable analytical solutions.
• CI/CD Integration: Creating CI/CD pipelines on GitLab CI and integrating security from the development stage.
• SRE Observability: Ensuring high availability and system performance through advanced telemetry.

Specialization & Operations

• VFX & AI Support: Supporting VFX rendering pipelines and deploying infrastructure for AI workloads.
• FinOps Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing cloud costs to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Daily Operations: Monitoring system performance, access management, and security updates.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

• University or college degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Solid experience in administering Linux and Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Experience in Kubernetes operations (AKS) and container management.
• Experience with identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault).
• Advanced understanding of networking (VNet, Subnets, Firewalls, VPN, Hub-and-Spoke).
• Ability to write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Experience in data DevOps (BigQuery, Snowflake, Airbyte, OpenMetadata, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform, Ansible, Python, and PowerShell.
• Strong autonomy in diagnosing and resolving technical incidents.
• Experience in deploying and supporting AI infrastructure (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LiteLLM, GPU clusters).
• Knowledge of and/or interest in the field of AI.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and adherence to change management processes.
• Azure / GCP Certification (an asset).
• Bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written.
