DIVE INTO MOMENT FACTORY’S UNIVERSE

We come from many different places, but what unites us is our passion. At Moment Factory, each new project is a blank page awaiting the creativity and talent of our whole team, no matter the individual responsibilities, roles, or fields. Our desire to innovate, to take risks, and to learn from our mistakes and from each other is what allows us to create collective projects that go above and beyond. Today, thanks to a team of 450 creative minds, we have been able to create immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks and events, as well as our signature shows. No matter the canvas  be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects  the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.

YOUR MISSION

As a Solutions Architect, you will act as a technological pillar for Moment Factory’s integrated systems. Bringing together software and infrastructure expertise, you will be responsible for the overall design, stability, and long-term sustainability of our technology solutions.

You will be responsible for transforming creative ideas into systems that are replicable, secure, and ready to be outsourced. You will ensure consistency between our internal “product” solutions and client projects, while establishing a technical framework that enables production to be successfully outsourced.

At the heart of the action, you will bring the same openness and rigor to internal development initiatives—innovation, products, tooling, and pipelines—as you do to client projects. You will connect every internal technological advancement with on-the-ground realities, client requirements, and the excellence of our deliverables in operations (Operation support - SAO).

YOUR TEAM

Within Moment Factory’s Centre of Expertise, you will join the Technology Architects and Systems Developers team, a multidisciplinary group made up of Software Architects, Solutions Architects, and Systems Developers.

By breaking down the traditional boundary between software and systems infrastructure, our team designs end-to-end technology ecosystems at the intersection of the digital, interactive, and physical worlds. We bridge the gap between creative vision and the real-world implementation of systems, from ideation and proof of concept through to final on-site delivery.

You will work closely with Technical Directors, AV Designers, and many other experts across the studio. Within our team, we value listening, mutual support, knowledge sharing, and continuous development. We encourage everyone to leverage their experience, share their ideas, and contribute to internal initiatives.

  • Make complex technical trade-offs between artistic ambition and the realities and constraints of technical delivery.

Replicability

  • Select and standardize internal technology tools and software building blocks to actively prevent and minimize technical debt.
  • Design and document modular, standardized architecture models across the company’s projects.
  • Automate the deployment of on-site infrastructure by promoting modern Infrastructure-as-Code and containerization approaches.
