YOUR MISSION

As a Full Stack Developer – AI & Automation Solutions, your primary mission is to develop and deploy ecosystems of internal tools driven by generative and agentic AI. You act as an augmented engineer, using autonomous agents and generated code to transform processes and tools at Moment Factory. Your role is not limited to development; you play a part in operational optimization, automating complex workflows to accelerate change and unlock the potential of our teams.

We support the various departments in transforming their ways of working by shaping intuitive, high-performing tools tailored to their realities. While helping to maintain a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for experimentation, we influence technological and strategic decision-making by staying at the forefront of business needs.

• Take ownership of the need by identifying frictions in internal workflows and framing the tool to be built.

• Rapidly prototype functional tools, then iterate based on real usage and feedback from internal colleagues.

• Deliver the tool end to end, from concept to production and follow-up.

• Assess a product's maturity and determine the right moment to deploy it.

• Design tools that are simple, useful, and pleasant to use on a daily basis.
• Translate teams' needs into clear, efficient interfaces.

• Design and deliver complete internal applications  interface, business logic, and data — with sustained attention to user experience.
• Connect tools to the studio's existing systems, data, and pipelines.
• Contribute to the shared platforms and building blocks that accelerate every team.

• Leverage code generation and AI agents to build faster and more autonomously.
• Design specialized AI agents that automate tasks, critique ideas, and spot flaws.
• Automate repetitive workflows to free up high-value time for creation and management.

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their real needs.
• Support tool rollout, train users, and gather feedback to iterate.

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, interaction design, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience designing and developing applications, tools, or digital products.
• Experience in full stack application development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, front-end frameworks, REST APIs, relational and vector databases), with a demonstrated ability to deliver complete applications that teams can use daily.
• Solid software engineering experience to build reliable, robust systems and ensure high-quality integration with existing workflows.
• Expertise in AI-assisted development for rapid prototyping (Vibe Coding and Engineering), delivering solo, and automating processes autonomously (Claude Code, Cowork, Artifacts, Github Copilot, LiteLLM, OpenRouter, Gemini CLI, etc.).
• Experience in the field of generative and agentic AI, including the various LLMs and related solutions.
• Knowledge of orchestration and integration tools (n8n, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, MCP) to connect your applications to the studio's existing systems.
• Knowledge of hosting platforms such as Proxmox, Azure, AKS, GCP.
• Bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to balance the studio's creative experimentation with operational rigor (error handling, reliability of tools in production).
