YOUR TEAM
You will join the IT team, a close-knit group with a wide range of interests and expertise. Together, you will support the technological needs of Moment Factory employees, whether related to hardware, access management, software, or technical support.
YOUR MISSION
As an IT Technician, you will contribute to the optimization of information systems and the maintenance of services. You will oversee the ticketing system to provide outstanding customer support. You will follow up on requests and escalate them to higher support levels when necessary. You will also be responsible for tracking and managing IT equipment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a key player in supporting users both on-site and remotely;
- Provide support for N2 and N3 escalations;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of ongoing incidents and issues;
- Configure and optimize Apple macOS and Microsoft Windows 11 workstations;
- Configure and support video conferencing systems;
- Prepare IT equipment for new employees;
- Participate in the evolution of the information system;
- Contribute to projects related to the evolution of support systems;
- Participate in the development of automation and AI solutions within your team.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
- College diploma (DEC) or technical degree in computer systems management or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT support, including at least 2 years in a Level 2 or Level 3 role;
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, with the ability to produce technical documentation in both languages;
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems;
- Ability to automate complex tasks using PowerShell and Z Shell (ZSH);
- Experience managing users in Microsoft O365 and/or Google Workspace environments;
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN) and workstation firewall configuration experience (Firewalls/VPN);
- Expertise with IT asset management tools such as PDQ Deploy, Microsoft Intune, Iru (Kandji), EDR, or equivalent solutions;
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python and/or JavaScript is an asset;
- Familiarity with creative production environments (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, multimedia workflow management, graphic tablets, etc.);
- Ability to leverage generative AI to accelerate technical diagnostics, complex script generation, and documentation;
- Ability to administer and support enterprise generative AI tools.
