YOUR TEAM

Our large multidisciplinary Communications team helps Moment Factory shine around the world. Its mission is to ensure messaging that is consistent, clear, and impactful.Externally, the team leads all communications disciplines (public relations, content, video, public events, etc.) to promote our initiatives and strengthen our international brand awareness.Internally, it is the heart of connection — helping information flow, highlighting the events that bring us together, and bringing our unique culture to life. In short, the team exists to amplify our voice and support the company’s objectives.

YOUR MISSION

Your primary mission will be to support, optimize, and lead the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem, with one clear objective: accelerate lead generation and refine lead management. Using real-time measurement and data analysis, you will recommend and implement innovative digital solutions to drive acquisition and visibility, attracting the right audiences, at the right time, on the right platforms.You will also be responsible for optimizing website performance in a scalable way aligned with the company’s business objectives.You will act as a liaison between the Business Development team and the Global Communications team, transforming Moment Factory’s visibility into business opportunities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital Ecosystem Optimization & Web Performance

  • Web Performance LeadershipIdentify friction points and coordinate optimization initiatives (UX/UI, SEO, technical performance) with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic ExecutionTranslate recommendations into actionable plans to improve the user journey and maximize engagement.
  • Content Strategy & FunnelOptimizationCollaborate with the Digital Platforms Manager to align conversion strategies with business goals and brand image.
  • Marketing Automation & DistributionOversee and configure newsletter and automation platforms while structuring the CRM marketing module.
  • Create segmented journeys (lead nurturing) to deliver personalized messaging to target audiences (prospects, partners, public audiences, talent, etc.).
  • Web Feature DeploymentImplement new website capabilities (tracking, landing pages, CRM integrations, etc.).
  • B2B / B2C EvolutionRecommend solutions that balance Moment Factory’s B2B service expertise with a growing B2C public-facing approach.

2. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

  • Measurement FrameworksStructure data collection across all touchpoints (website, paid media, CRM, UTM links, events) to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Strategic DashboardsBuild dashboards that connect marketing and communications initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Data AnalysisTranslate raw data into clear recommendations for Communications and Business Development teams.
  • Performance ReportingEnsure rigorous tracking and regular communication of key results.
  • Competitive Intelligence Monitor competitors and industry best practices.

YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES


  • Experience: 7 years in digital marketing, web performance, analytics, and digital platform management.
  • Analytics Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, strategic dashboards).
  • Business Intelligence: Proven ability to structure, interpret, and simplify complex data in order to extract actionable insights and influence decision-making.
  • Web Expertise: Knowledge of Shopify backend (RoR) is an asset.
  • Marketing Technology (MarTech): Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) for segmentation and lead nurturing.
  • UX/UI Vision: Strong understanding of user experience principles, interface design, and customer journey optimization (B2B and B2C).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Experience improving web performance, A/B testing, and conversion funnel strategies (an asset).
  • Organic Search (SEO): Excellent understanding of SEO best practices (content and structure) and basic HTML knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Innovation: Knowledge of and/or strong interest in integrating Artificial Intelligence into digital strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong team spirit and ability to simplify technical concepts for creative teams or executive audiences.
