YOUR TEAM

Joining the Originals team means exploring new forms of multimedia experiences in unique locations and participating in the creation of innovative entertainment models that are deployed worldwide. You will be asked to collaborate on the creation of various immersive experiences, such as Augmented Games, the magical Lumina forests, Aura, and much more! Your team transforms sites into experiences, operational for several years, thereby transforming the lives of visitors. Together, you will create iconic destinations that, in addition to attracting visitors and improving the experience of the locations, will generate media attention and economic benefits.

YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities for the Aura business line. Your role will involve building new strategic partnerships while structuring existing relationships. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will drive the strategy, growth, and coordination of all activities related to Aura’s international deployment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development for AURA Experiences Supported by the Senior Director, Production Strategy and Operations.

  • Deploy and scale AURA experiences both within Canada and internationally.

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential clients.

  • Network and participate in professional activities within the target segment.

  • Conduct market research in collaboration with the Director of Commercial Strategy and Marketing.

  • Monitor trends, strategies, and the competitive landscape.

  • Validate the feasibility and profitability of potential projects based on client needs and technical data.

  • Prepare and present service proposals to clients.

  • Contribute to the development of business plans and profitability analyses.

  • Negotiate, finalize agreements, and convert opportunities into active projects.

  • Collaborate closely with production and creative teams to design and deploy experiences adapted to market realities, requirements, and constraints.

  • Partner with the Director of Market Strategy and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives with partners (key visuals, communications, marketing, and promotion).

  • Act as a liaison between Moment Factory and various business partners (operators, promoters, ticketing services, etc.).

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • 10 + years of diverse experience in the entertainment industry (shows, immersive experiences, exhibitions, etc.) or a field related to Moment Factory’s sectors.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Marketing or Business (or equivalent).

  • Deep knowledge of business and commercial practices within the immersive experience sector.

  • Proven skills in opportunity creation and negotiation.

  • Strong understanding of markets outside Quebec (Canada and international) and an existing network of operators/promoters.

  • Strong grasp of both service-delivery (commissioned) and partnership-driven (investment) business models, including risk assessment and royalty structures.

  • Understanding of the financial and legal contexts of large-scale projects.

  • Full bilingualism in French and English (oral and written).

  • Knowledge of and/or interest in Artificial Intelligence.

  • Knowledge and / or  interest in the AI field.
