A WORD ABOUT US

We come from many different places, but what unites us is our passion. At Moment Factory, each new project is a blank page awaiting the creativity and talent of our whole team, no matter the individual responsibilities, roles, or fields. Our desire to innovate, to take risks, and to learn from our mistakes and from each other is what allows us to create collective projects that go above and beyond. Today, thanks to a team of 450 creative minds, we have been able to create immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks and events, as well as our signature shows. No matter the canvas – be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects – the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.

YOUR MISSION

As a Project and Product Manager, you are responsible for the rigorous and high-performing delivery of projects while serving as an operational pillar for the Augmented Games division.

As a project manager, you will take full ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, from the qualified opportunity phase through integration and handover to operations. You will ensure project planning, execution, and control across all production processes (content, interactivity, technical) with constant attention to quality, deadlines, budgets, and customer experience.

Beyond project delivery, you contribute to structuring and sustaining the division by monitoring the performance of the Augmented Games portfolio (budgets, margins, timelines, capacity, risks) and analyzing key metrics. You collect, consolidate, and interpret data to support decision-making and provide clear visibility into the state of the product and projects. You act as a link between Augmented Games and internal departments (Procurement, Product, Finance, Legal, Operations Support) to ensure alignment between business objectives, delivery requirements, and internal processes.

YOUR TEAM

Joining the Originals team means exploring new forms of multimedia experiences in unique locations and participating in the creation of innovative entertainment models deployed worldwide. You will collaborate on various immersive experiences, such as Augmented Games.

Within this creative ecosystem, Augmented Games stands as our cutting-edge division, transforming interactivity into collective physical experiences. With more than twenty projects delivered globally since late 2024, our platform is redefining social entertainment. While we have a strong foothold in the global Family Entertainment Center (FEC) market, AG’s future goes beyond gaming: we are now deploying our technology to serve emerging markets such as education, healthcare, and sports. Joining AG means propelling a platform that combines movement, technology, and emotion on a global scale.
